Are You New To Scrapbooking?

Are you new to the world of scrapbooking? Have you seen some awesome layouts for inspiration but not certain what you need to get started? Have no fear, I have compiled a list to get you going! 

I have broken these needs down into 3 categories; Must Haves, Near Future, and Nice to Have. These are just my suggestions, and you may decide you need certain things sooner than later. I am happy to answer any questions, should you have any. 

Must Haves

-a trimmer that can cut 12 x 12 sized paper

-adhesive to adhere paper and pictures to your layouts (You will need a tape runner as shown below and refills)

-cardstock for matting photos or as base pages for your design (a cardstock sampler, shown below is a great option if you are unsure of the colors you will need)

- jounaling pen that is acid and lignin safe for journaling

- 12 x 12 album covers (So many fun colors to choose from, some even have designs on the cover.)

Near Future

- a personal trimmer designed to trim photos (ours is bring redesigned and should be available in late August.)

-scissors (we currently have two styles, both shown below.)

Nice to Have

-repositional adhesive (refills are also available. This is great for embellishments and borders cut with punches.)

- lined journaling paper you can cut 

-stickers and other embellishments (so many options to choose from. Our new Artsy Add-on Kits include embellishments and mat rectangle options. Shown below is the This is Life Kit.)

-storage solutions for your new supplies (many options for paper, tools, pens etc. Shown below is an option for journaling pens and tools.)

-punches or border maker cartridges and system (wide variety of shapes and themes. Shown below is a border punch.)
