It's Been Ages Since I...

It's been ages since I made a one layer card. Honestly the last dozen times or so I did, they were always white, white and black, or white with a small pop of color.

I don't believe I have ever made one with a colored cardstock base, so the One Layer Card, Colored Cardbase Challenge over at Less is More really was a challenge for me.

I tried to keep things simple. I used white ink on a navy card base. I went with a snow theme, and lightly sponged around the edges. I did round the corners of the bottom of the card as well.

I also submitted my card to the follow Challenge:

  6. Wow! That subtle addition of ink around the outside of your card really adds to the image of a crisp snowy day Marciava. So glad you decided to take the challenge as your card is superb. The white against the deep blue really pops. Thank you so much for playing along with us at Less is More xx
